The seller is PEACH, owned and operated by Louisa Bardan, the business that operates this website and the PEACH reformer Pilates studio at Loudi, Marrakech, Morocco. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean PEACH, and when you book or buy, your contract is with PEACH. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We offer 50-minute group reformer classes (up to eight people), class packs, a monthly membership and private 1:1 sessions on request. Prices and inclusions are shown on our pricing page. Pool access is not included.

Bookings, arrival and cancellations

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class starts. Late arrivals will not be admitted. Cancel at least 12 hours before a class to release your spot: a credit used for that class is returned with its original expiry, and a paid single class becomes one studio credit valid for 5 weeks. Cancellations within 12 hours and no-shows forfeit the class, and any pay-at-studio fee remains due.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Online payments are charged in euros. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics for online orders are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our refund policy. Payments made at the studio are handled directly by PEACH. Packs and memberships are valid from activation for the stated period; memberships are renewed manually and are not charged automatically.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website or our services, including any unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, or interfering with security (for example malware, probing or scraping). You are responsible for keeping access to your email sign-in secure and for giving accurate details.

Intellectual property

PEACH owns the website, its content, the PEACH name, logo and branding. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Health

Classes are physical exercise. If you are pregnant, injured or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before booking and tell the instructor before class. We make no medical claims.

Service availability

We aim to keep the website and schedule accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may cancel a class; if so, credits are returned and paid single classes become a studio credit.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access to bookings for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
