Privacy Notice

PEACH, owned and operated by Louisa Bardan — the business that operates this website and the PEACH reformer Pilates studio at Loudi, Marrakech, Morocco — is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and at the studio.

What we collect and why

• Name, email, phone/WhatsApp: to manage bookings, packs, memberships, private session requests and waitlists, and to contact you about them (contract performance).
• Email sign-in details: to let you securely view and manage your own classes and credits (contract performance).
• Booking and purchase history: to apply credits, cancellation rules and payments (contract performance, legal obligation for accounting).
• Notes you send us: to prepare private sessions (contract performance).
• Technical data such as IP address and device information: for security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Hosting and infrastructure providers that run this website; Paddle.com as Merchant of Record for online orders, for sales, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; professional advisers such as accountants; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep booking and purchase records as long as needed to provide the service and meet accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law (Law 09-08) and, where applicable, GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email info@peach-marrakech.com to make a request. You can also complain to Morocco's data protection authority (CNDP).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls so only you and authorised staff can see your records.

Cookies

We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
