Refund Policy

You can request a refund for an online purchase from PEACH, owned and operated by Louisa Bardan — PEACH reformer Pilates, Loudi, Marrakech, Morocco — within 14 days of your order date.

Online orders are processed by our payment provider Paddle, the Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email info@peach-marrakech.com and we'll help. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle; see also Paddle's refund policy.

Class cancellations

Separately from refunds, our booking terms let you cancel a class at least 12 hours before it starts: a pack or membership credit is returned, and a paid single class becomes one studio credit valid for 5 weeks. See the terms and FAQ.

Payments at the studio

For purchases paid at the studio, ask at reception within 14 days of purchase.
